As Marcia drove down the main street of a little Indiana town named Cooper she wondered if this investigation was just a country story.
To the right and to the left the people walking down the streets were only hay seeds and farmers with beer bellies and a half dozen kids.
"Marcia my friend, I'll bet you that this is a hoax at best!" she thought to herself.
At last she arrived and walked up the front steps into the County Building built in the center square of the little town. As in so many farming communities in the midwest the county government building was the center of all who lived there.
As she enter the glass door of the office to the Chief she was greeted by the receptionist. "You must be Marcia Caldwell! The Chief was very happy you accepted and came right here. The Chief is out again but has a report typed by me for you to read. You may go into the Chief's office and read the report, and be ready to talk to the Chief when he returns."
Marcia looked at the thick pages of reports and smiled as the girl open the door to her Chief's office.
Sitting down she made herself comfortable and opened the red folder.

The victim was found in the horse corral of Mrs. Ranskin Pony Stud Farm. He was not conscience when the emergency vehicles arrived.
Without incident the victim was removed to the Cooper Hospital but in a highly aggitated state. Whether the stroke or some other outside reason which might cause the victim to think he was a completly different person, of a younger age and continued to rage about being a Sambawa Indonesian stallion pony for the last eight years on the Ranskin Farm.
Upon questioning him further he reports his name to be Ely Kazan now 27 years old but was a stable worker at the farm eight years ago. He remember's having an affair with Mrs. Ranskin for which her husband put some curse on him. Using a silver ring The husband transformed him into a Dun colored stallion. During his internment as the animal he never lost the memories of his former self. Although due to the wild instincts of animal life he surcomed to living like the animal and mated with mares.
The victim, Charles Robertson found a silver ring of the set of three special rings which Mr. Ranskin used in a teen rape orgy and when the girls came back and reported they were pregnant he transformed them to breeding mares on the farm. It was the ring found by Robertson which transmigrates the soul and life entity from one body to another.
As the insurance inspector went about the barn he was left there alone when Mrs. Ranskin got a phone call. Standing inside the barn the victim (Robertson) was restrained by the herd of mares and watched the Sumbawa stallion mate with a mare. Ely Kazan repports that as he finished his mounting and serviced his mare he dismounted and with pony cock still erect approached the wild eyed man.
It was at this point the imagination of the trapped man spoke a wish to be able to enjoy sex like the stallion he was lookin at! A touch of his hand bearing the silver ring inspired the transmigration of Robertson into the stallion Sumbawa and Ely Kazan into the body of Charles Robertson.
Two odd things vouch the authenticity of the claim:
1. Eight years ago an Ely Kazan did work for the Ranskins, but oddly was reported to this office as a missing person, never found.
2. The insurance inspector was NOT able in any way to know of Ely or his work at the farm. His Company had just written the coverage there after Mrs. Ranskin applied two weeks before to change insurance companies.
Charles Robertson the new one in Cooper Hospital knows extreme fine details of Kazan family history, personal injuries, and background not recorded in the counties' manuals.
The Insurance Company reports Mr. Robertson is seperated from his wife the past two months. I asked her to come down and identify the victim. She came down but the victim did not know her and she reprot he looks oddly different. One thing is that Robertson was blue eyed and Kazan was brown eyed. Now Robertson has REAL brown eyes!
An additional oddity is the the Ranskin's stable has a name tag on the Sumbawa stallion's box stall: "KAZAN"
