Then he felt himself lifted in the air again. Her mother was done feeding Nina and was now returning her to the living room floor. She returned to her toys and played some more. Some time later, she got up on hands and knees and started to crawl toward the TV. The opening song of some cartoon show had caught her attention. Then her asshole started to twitch and throb again. "Great... an other fart" Jeff thought momentarily diverting is attention away from the permanent taste.
But after farting again her asshole continued to twitch until it suddenly pushed open outward letting Jeff hear strange cracking and squishing sounds (which are somehow familiar). He watched, completely horrified, what seemed like the tip of her first "log" pushing it's way past her asshole directly toward him. "Oh please Nina ! Hold it in ! I'm begging you !" he thought. But to his great dismay, she adjusted her position and then grunted slightly instinctively trying her best to push that thing out instead of making any effort to hold it in. Her innocent cruelty made Jeff mentally cry as the substance poked his face.
The smell made him miss her farts as he felt his body pushed outward to make room for his sister's shit. It was already squishing all over his face from the pressure, pushing the juicy part threw his mouth all the way down to his tongue. Which eagerly began absorbing the foul juice allowing Jeff to taste it fully. The process had only just began, but the taste was already worst than that of the pee. But instead of simply replacing one taste for a worst one, the tastes combined together creating something even worst then both taken separately. Sure enough, the taste of poop intensified as the absorption progressed which in turn amplified the combined savor.
Just when Jeff thought that the process was over and that it could not get any worst, his sister decided to sit down after getting close enough to the TV. The increases pressure pushed even more threw Jeff mouth further aggravating the taste. Only this time some semi-solid elements managed to penetrate the surface fabric as well forever staining it. Which added a 3rd taste which combined with the 2 others creating an unfathomably loathsome cocktail for Jeff "greater enjoyment".
Nina was mesmerized by the cartoon and was not paying Jeff any thought. She just laid there in her mess for a good while until her mother finally noticed a strange smell in the air. "Looks like someone needs a change" she said as she was making her way toward his sister. "Your to late" Jeff mentally cried as he felt himself lifted in the air once again. His mother brought them both to the changing table inside the nursery. "Puwaa !! you sure did a number on this one" she said as she opened the front of the diaper. Jeff was grateful to be able to see the outside world again. Even if one of his eye was covered in poop. He saw his mother prepare a fresh diaper beside Nina before she lift her but by pulling her legs up. Jeff was horrified to see his mother grab his relatively clean front and use it to srub off most of the poop that was still stuck on his sister's ass. His mother dropped her now blinded son on the table and used a baby wipe to clean the rest. Then she pulled him on the side and place the fresh diaper under her before lowering her on it. Finally, she dropped the soiled baby wipe on him before rolling him up and sealing him shut with the wipe still inside. She finished changing his sister before throwing him in the diaper pail with his new stinky brothers. "Great, now I just have to bare this taste and smell for an eternity before finally changing back" Jeff reflected.
