Continuing from, (camp crier wolf) the nurse and the spy.
Later on that day, after dinner. Jean snuck out of her cabin and while traveling in the shadows. (Although that wouldn’t do much good against a werewolf’s night vision.) Made her way to the camps observation tower located close to the director’s office.
She picked the lock on the door then slinked inside. Closing the door behind her.
Ascending the stairs, she made sure to keep from tripping on her cloke by pulling it up farther to her shoulders.
Upon reaching to top. an open area with no roof and only a 3 1/2 foot tall wooden wall kept people from falling out, and a telescope on wheeled platform facing south-west.
jean went over to it and looked out to the direction of her home. she had only been her for three days and she was already missing her home and family. After standing in the cold for a while, the wind rushing past her like rapids, jean reaches into her pocket to retrieve her I-phone and decides to look over her notes again.
*majority of campers are lycan.
*natural cave system could serve as possible escape route.
*crier wolf appears to also serve as both a training and recruitment camp
*have observed hypersexual activity in young lycans
*have observed 1 female lycan that was possibly forced into transformation. Evidence: initial resistance to change and total resistance to hypersexual activity. have made contact following standard protocall.
*new lycans have no knowledge of the nanites that cause their transformation
This was all she had found and been able to send to her father. She had expected him to reply but so far jean hadn’t received any message back. "Arrgh, useless! Why is it so hard to find information!" she almost threw away her phone in anger but stopped when a long loud howl emerged from the woods followed by several others. They echoed for a moment before fading into the night.
"Sigh, how, the heck, am I going to keep this up?" jean said to her self. She knew that her time was running out, if she didn’t find the info she needed her mission will have failed. She began to pace the tower in frustration, suddenly a wave of thoughts and emotons came over her. she had been trained almost her entire life but she still didn’t think she could do this, no one had told her exactly what she was doing, only that.
"HOWL!" another howl. That one sounded closer.
Jean let out a short yawn, and headed down to white wolf cabin to rest.
