Nate returned home from shopping for find a cardboard box sitting on his porch. He racked his mind but didn't remember ordering anything. His picked up the box and went inside. He took the box to the kitchen and set it on the kitchen table. He cut open the box using his pocket knife. Inside he found a CD-rom, emitter device, and various cables.
Along with that, he pulled out the instruction booklet included and could not believe what he was reading. Apparently, this program would allow a person to be transformed in any way they could imagine. Nate quickly inserted the disc into his computer and waited for it to boot up.
Once the program installed and directed Nate to plug in the emitter, the main program started up. He started flipping through the different options. There were options for minor changes, such as enlarging muscles and various appendages, to eye and hair color all the way to more drastic changes, such as changing species. There was even a menu of transformation packages that were set up with all the options preset to allow the user to become someone or something else.
Under the transformation packages, he saw a couple headings that intrigued him, one marked "Mythological creatures" and the other "Superheroes." He clicked into the mythological creatures file first and scrolled through the options, taking particular notice of the listings for "Centaur, Merman, Minotaur, Satyr, and Werewolf."
He went back and clicked under "Superheroes", and looked down the list, taking note of several options, such as Spiderman, Superman, Batman, and The Incredible Hulk. Nate decided he might as well go for something big, all the while doubting it would really work. He kept going between the two categories, trying to decide what his first transformation would be. He finally decided he would turn into...
