The boy, now called Janus, had two faces on either side of his head and it was so confusing. He could
practically see everywhere around him and he wasn't sure if he liked it or not.
"What the hell happened to me?" He said, his voice still doubled. He looked around but there wasn't really
anybody around to see him. Suddenly, a fast biker who seemed almost silent came to fast for him to react and
banged into him. When Janus got up, the biker was no where to be seen. Janus did here a small whispering voice
in his ears, though.
"Where did he go?" Janus asked himself.
"I don't know." Janus's other face replied. Oh, great. He was developing a split personality, too. Then,
suddenly, an arm shot out of Janus's stomach. It was trying to grab for something, but Janus was too freaked
out by it. Janus fell over at its swinging and it grabbed the ground. He began to pull and pull but Janus
wasn't letting it control him. He wouldn't budge but the arm didn't want to go anywhere. It just wanted to
pull. It pulled and then, finally, another arm shot out and pulled a human torso through.
"What the hell happened just now?" The biker said, his torso jutting out of Janus's.
"I have no idea. I'm sorry about our little..... mix up. Sorry for that pun, too." Janus said and the biker
sighed.
"Well, can you release me?" He asked and Janus concentrated. He tried to release from their body but he
wouldn't leave. It was like he was permanently bonded to Janus.
"No dice. We'll have to be like this until I can figure out a way to release us from this fleshy prison. Now,
that we've become a little closer, we should introduce ourselves. I'm Janus." He said, alternating faces,
unconsciously.
"Damn. I'm Maddox. What are we going to do about this? I would be able to pedal my bike but.... Wait a
second." Maddox and said, and made a pushing grunt. Janus felt something poking around his waist and two nubs
appeared. They turned into more then nubs and pushed through the liquid form body that was now Janus. They
were Maddox's feet.
"Maybe. I can pedal like this. Let's try." Maddox said and they walked over to the bike. Surprisingly, they
didn't have much trouble walking. Their bodies were in relative sync. They sat down on the bike and Maddox's
legs swung into Janus's fusing them partway, making them stuck at the sides and partially absorbing one
another.
"This should do. I might be able to control your legs if mine are attached so could you steer?" Maddox asked
Janus.
"Um... sure. Where are we going by the way?"
