Jim cringed and collapsed on the floor. Ever growing hair fell into his field of vision as his face began morphing into a smoother shape. Soon after his groans became feminine, his shoulders narrowed, his arms thinned and his hands became dainty with longer fingernails.
His whole torso shrank while B-cup breasts budded from his chest. His waist narrowed, his hips expanded, completing his hourglass figure, his male anatomy shriveled away, and a pink slit opened in its place completing her transition into womanhood.
Jim was now lying flat on the ground as her legs lengthened and thinned, the thighs less so than the shins.
She managed to work herself back up to her knees when she felt her ears lengthen and two long, thin stalks push their way out of her forehead. She hunched over as she felt a slow, but powerful tugging on her back. The origin points were small, but the objects emerging from them grew broad, thin and quite large.
Jim made her way back up to her feet and saw herself in the mirror. Her clothes had also changed to a pink, silken dress with an elegant sheen to it. Her wings were like a monarch butterfly’s except the trim was a vibrant pink bordering soft, light blue spots. Jim was speechless; she sat down on the floor and put her hands over her face as tears started welling up inside her eyes.
“Aw, what does a cute fairy like yourself have to cry about?” A sweet female voice said.
Jim looked up to see another fairy kneeling beside her. She had a lilac colored dress on. Her wings were like a swallowtail butterfly, with a purple trim surrounding light pink. “I’m a girl.” Jim answered.
The other fairy let out a cute giggle, “Of course you are, you drank the Fairy Dust potion. Wait, were you a guy?”
“Yes, so why didn’t I stay one?”
“Because all fairies are girls, that’s one of the reasons why no guy has ever drank that potion before. The troll who hands out the drinks should’ve been here to tell you that.”
“I’ll say, troll.” Jim agreed
Suddenly, she heard a gruff voice approaching. “Sorry I took so long in the can, those three-bean burritos hate me.”
“Oh,” Jim said seeing the source of the voice, “a LITERAL troll.”
“Anyway, I’m Blossom;” the fairy said, “what’s yours?”
“Jim.” She answered.
“Gem it is, then. If you’re going to be a fairy, you should have a name befitting one.”
“Wait, I’m not going to be stuck this way, am I?”
“Don’t worry, you’ll change back by sunrise, unless you choose to stay this way forever.”
“Well, that’s good to know.” Gem remembered the first words Blossom spoke to her. “So, you think I’m cute?”
Blossom turned Gem’s face toward the mirror. “You tell me.”
Now that the shock has worn off and she knew she could return to normal if she wanted, Gem saw herself in a new light. “Yeah, I am cute, aren’t I? But, you know what?” Gem turned back to Blossom. “I think you’re even cuter.” Blossom blushed. “May I have this dance?” Gem asked.
“Certainly.” Blossom replied and the two fairies rose up toward the ceiling with the other winged beings and began a midair slow dance.
