A man who looks like the criminally insane walked into the shop, and asked in a demonic-toned voice,
"You got anything for werewolves?"
The shopkeep replied,
"Yes we do. What kind do you want? We have, normal, nocturnal, blood hungry, or, Ultimate."
The man said,
"Hmm... what's the Ultimate like?"
The shopkeep replied,
"The Ultimate will turn you into a werewolf about four times the size of a normal human, making you bloodthirsty and dangerous around other people. On a night of the full moon, you will get bigger and bigger until you can't grow no more. People are never advised to take this. We recommend the normal all dayer, or nocturnal."
The man then pulled out a knife and held it towards the shopkeep's throat, and said,
"Get me the nocturnal, or, *making decapitation gesture* ssssshhhhh!!"
The shopkeep handed him the stuff as he made a quick escape.
He took the pill as he immediately felt hot inside.

His arms grew deep black fur as his arms grew a full two feet long and his muscles grew to be 8 inches wide. His legs became digi-grade and grew longer and stronger as he could stand only on the balls of his feet. His hands stretched as his fingers grew five inches longer. His nails grew a pointed sword like edge and grew to six inches long.
His ears were pulled to the top of his head, his face pushed out to form a muzzle, and his eyes grew bigger and were given an amber color. A six-pack appeared on his abdomen, and a mane of deep gray fur covered the top part of his chest. His hair grew out as long as him, and got a redish tone with strands of black hair near the top, and an aquamarine-teal bangle appeared near the tip of the hair.

The transformation complete, he let out an insane sounding howl towards the wolf's moon, as he grew bigger in size. He grew so big, the place he lived at fell to its foundation. His muscles grew bigger by about a foot wider on his arms. His legs grew bigger and the muscles increased their strength. His feet and hands grew bigger and were capable of him standing at 30 feet tall on biped standards, and 15 on quadruped standards. They're also capable of holding the extra weight from the muscles in his arms and his body, which weighed almost a ton in muscle.
