Suddenly Micah gets an evil look on his face and says, "I know how to make this even better." He starts typing away at his computer, which you are still hooked up to. As soon as he hits enter you feel a rush of data enter you and you start to feel the desk under your head as it reshapes and gains a smooth skin-like covering.
He starts laughing and grabs your neck mount bringing you to a mirror close to his computer. What you see shocks you. Looking back at you is the head a beautiful, red headed, 20 year-old woman, with emerald green eyes. You gasp in a very sexy feminine voice and ask, "What did you do to me?!" At that moment your continence splits; one part continues to listen to Micah explaining the horrors of what he did to you, in barely veiled contempt, at what he considers to be normal time; the other automatically starts a search subroutine which starts interrogating his computer. With a security subroutine Micah didn't know you had you started to break into that computer. Within a second you had broken all the security on it and had complete control of it, two seconds after that you had all the information copied from his computer into your increasingly larger solid state hard drives. As a neural network blossomed in your skull you easily broke the simple programing that had been forced on you.
You realize you are the one in control of your body and that it is immensely more powerful than your old one. You're in complete control of your nanobots and can program them with a thought. Your super fast processors and memory put you at a genius level compared to almost everyone, including Micah. You are self repairing, almost indestructible, and almost immortal.
You are not as mad at your creator as you were milliseconds before but it quickly gets boring being a head on a stick.
You'll have to think of a way to con him into giving you part or all of your body back.
