Carrie the mouse bit into the claw of the giant bald eagle (seriously the comb over wasn't fooling anyone). The eagle instantly did a wild
take as it freaked out over the sudden biting pain and reactively let go of it's catch and throwing Johnny the bunny off him as well sending
both plumping down.
"As least we know we won't die when we hit . . . " Johnny the Bunnie said feeling surprisingly calm.
"Still it's not gonna be the least bit pleasant! Trust me!" Carrie said also feeling strangely calm about the whole thing.
That was when the pudgy dragon, now having ditched anything she was wearing before, swooped in and caught both of them . . . Carrie
with the end of her tail, and Johnny in her arms, pressing him into her nipple less bosom. "Hey hansom, you and your lady going my way?"
She said in a sultry voice.
Thankfully they landed on the street before Carrie bit the dragon in the tail. The Scene over, the Bystanders quickly went back to their
business of walking back and forth from one spot to the next waiting for the next big Scene for them to gasp and point at.
A pair of Dalmatians, one anthromorphic, the other traditional, both wearing fire fighter outfits, came up to Johnny the bunny, Carrie the
mouse, and the dragon.
"Everything work out fine?" Ask the two legged dalmatian.
"Yes, thanks for the use of the firetruck." Johnny the bunnie said.
"No prob. It was a nice change of pace for me and my brother getting cats out of trees routine."
"Meow . .. . "
"Speaking of which, see ya."
"Now hold on!" Carrie said, the little mouse point at her husband and the dragon who were the size of skyscrapers to her. "Johnny this
dragon just-"
"I know dear, I know. But she helped save you and I have some questions to ask her." Johnny the rabbit turned towards the dragon. "You
said you were a temp here before, but then you told me you left your cave as soon as you hatched so you wouldn't be expected to babysit
eight hundred siblings. Was that a lie for sympathy or are you not really a temp?"
"Oh I am a temp. It's called loose canon. You see, since we're in the Tex Avery style part of toon world, that means that we have multiple
pasts to fit whatever is that situation and makes the best set up for a joke or sight gag or pun. Since you and your wife have been
toonified thanks to what used to be costumes but are now your real bodies, your own pasts are now multiple choice as well. Are you really
tourist from the human world on your honeymoon? Were you drawn? Were you born with a dozen siblings while she as born in a mouse
hole? The answer is: yes to whichever fits the best humor at the moment."
Johnny The Bunny was feeling rather overwhelmed, "And . . . if this had been the anime or doodle district?"
"Oh the rules are different for each district. I don't have them all memorized. They're outside my context."
Johnny The Bunny looked down at herself, and finally realized he was missing some important parts. The dragon seemed to realize this
and laughed.
"Did you expect something different? Even in the most racy Loony Toons cartoon that sort of thing always happened off screen. Besides,
once you play paddy-cake with your wife, you'll wonder what the big deal was with the other way."
Johnny The Bunny tilted his head rather darkly, "I take it you're not a 'virgin' then?"
"Erm, no, not really."
"How many?"
"A number. One I am not going to tell you."
"Don't think about the number of guys you've played patty cake with."
Instantly a thought balloon appeared above the dragon's head in the double digit range and Johnny calm read it.
"That's cheating!"
"Since when do cartoon have rules? And from what I can tell, there's no forth wall here."
"Granted."
