"So you are telling me that this Kyle guy put a curse on you and now every time you touch someone you switch bodies with them?" Mitch said in Jennifer's somewhat agitated and squeaky voice.
Jennifer sighed, "Yes that's correct. We'll switch back to our own bodies eventually, but until that happens, I am stuck as you and you are stuck as me."
"So what am I supposed to do now? What will me wife think when a 17 year old girl is now her husband. Let alone the kids who are going to need a therapist?"
"Mitch, we will change back. We'll just have to lay low until we do."
"I can't do that! I have these packages to deliver. I am not going to jeopardize my job over your problems. You'll have to deliver the packages for me."
"What? Are you crazy? You expect me to drive that big brown thing? And just what are you going to do while I am doing your job?" shrieked Jennifer. She had just gotten her license back after she ran into a pole with her own car.
"Listen. Do you see any other way? We don't have any other options here. You have to do my job and I'll take your place at school," Mitch reasoned to the girl. Her (his?) eyes were bulging from stress. But behind those eyes, deep thought was taking place.
"Ok. I'll do your job. But you are staying home. I don't want my social status to be ruined. Just tell my mom you aren't feeling well and you are staying home."
With that said, Jennifer got Mitch to call her mom who was already out of the house. She was a bit annoyed because she had already seen Jeniffer perky as she was every morning. Still, it was easy enough to let her stay home. Unfortunately, learning how to do Mitch's job proved to be more problematic because of the vehicle's controls. The GPS was also unfamiliar to Jennifer, but luckily the route was already programmed and she only had to follow the navigational commands.
Jennifer started up the truck and headed towards the next house. Once she had completed her route, she would call Mitch and meet up to discuss what to do next. She sighed, "This is going to be a long day..."
