"I guess I'll go." Tim took the dice and gave them a half-hearted throw across the board. They came up six and as he went to grab his piece it moved on its own, bringing raised eyebrows from everyone.
"Neat." Mary quipped just as a slip of paper came out of the aforementioned slot in the side. Tim took the card and saw there was a small rhyme on it.
"'You've only just begun, there is no use stopping, let's get things started, gotta get hopping.' Kind'a lame."
"Is that all?" Sara asked, taking the card from him.
"Looks like it. Not much to the game I guess." Tim slouched in his chair as the others shrugged their shoulders.
"Well, who wants to go nex... Tim are you ok?" Said Phil as he leaned over to grab the dice. Tim was starting to look paler and his nose was twitching all of a sudden.
"Just feeling a little dizzy." Tim tried to stand but he immediately fell over onto the table. He wrapped his hands around his head as a heat overtook his face while Sara got up to try and see if he was ok.
"Tim, what is it?" Sara asked trying to get him to sit back down. She turned to grab the chair to pull it closer when she noticed something poking in the back of his jeans. With him unresponsive to her aid, she instead pulled down his jeans a bit to see what it was and jumped back when she saw it; a fuzzy, grey and white, rabbit's tale.
Just then Tim reeled his head from his arms to reveal the changes had reached more than just his rear. He was sweating profusely but through it his nose had squeezed into a rabbit's with whiskers to match. His lip went slightly cleft to reveal bigger front teeth. He started to panic as his body started to itch all over, scratching at himself wildly until tugs at his ears drew his hands upwards. He tried to stop them from moving but they moved higher on his head and head in general. Stopping at about ten inches, the floppy rabbit's ear fell down to either side of his face just as he himself fell back in his chair. His jeans began to bulge and rip as they gained muscle and tufts of hair slipped through the seams. Finally his shoes, which had been trying to hold his feet in, gave way as they grew into a massive pair of feet more suited for a rabbit.
"Oh my god Tim, are you alright?" Phil asked, coming around the table.
"I'm, I'm fine." He reassured them, the changes finally slowing to a halt. "You're a rabbit dude, dude."
Tim, though feeling very odd, didn't quite believe it until he turned to the mirror up on the wall. Staring back at him was something between a rabbit and his old self complete with long ears and grey fur.
"Does it hurt?" Kelly asked intrigued.
"It did as it happened but now I feel fine." Tim pulled up his jeans and tried to act casual though it was hard to manage now. Sara, though, giggled as she saw Tim's tail wiggling under the jeans.
"I think the little fella wants out." Sara quipped. She saw the look on Tim's face and helped by extending own of the rips in his jeans to accommodate his new growth.
"Looking cute, Tim." Added Kelly who was giving him the once and thrice over.
"Right well, who wants to join Tim then?" Phil asked, holding the dice out.
