Sleep doesn't come easily. You toss and turn but can't seem to get comfortable. Finally you give up and simply lay there awake thinking. You turn over again and realize the problem. Your belly seems to be swollen and your breasts are very tender. You get up and go to the mirror to examine yourself again. As you look at yourself you realize that you look pregnant! You feel the tingle again inside and watch as your belly swells even further. Moments later you can feel the baby kicking. This pregnancy is going unusually fast. At this rate you'll be giving birth in a few short hours.
You sit down on the bed to think. What are you going to do? Yesterday you were a young man. Today, a pregnant woman about to go into labor. Your not ready for this. How did this happen? You haven't had time to experience sex in this new body. It must have something to do with the nanites. You spend the rest of the night contemplating your situation. Every 15 to 20 minutes the strange tingle returns and your pregnancy advances.
In the morning, Dr. Morgana knocks on the door and enters. She stands in the doorway aghast. "What happened to you?", she asks. She walks over and starts examining you. "Nothing like this has ever happened to any of our patients before!", exclaims Morgana. Just then you feel a contraction. "We'd better get you into the prenatal ward, fast. Your going into labor!", Dr. Morgana cries.
