James felt... fuzzy. Not his skin or body exactly but inside. He could feel love trying to poor from his skin in waves. The little girl in front of him filled him to the brim. Deep down he wanted to gag. That little girl was Tyler for gods sake! He couldn't resist giving her a huge hug anyway.
"What do you want to do today?" He asked, finding himself actually interested to her the answer.
"Sing and dance!" Tyler said, jumping up and down, clapping little girl hands. James found himself complying. He began to sing every little kid song he could think of, and a few he didn't. He was happy at the sight of Tyler skipping around. Below his transformation he started to build anger though, James couldn't believe Ty could do this to him, little girl feelings or not. He felt his heart jolt in fear when Tyler tripped, scraping a knobbly knee. He knelt by her, a comforting hand on her shoulder. Then he had an idea.
"You know what you want to be when you grow up?" He asked sincere. Tyler thought about it. He had always wanted to be a doctor, a surgeon actually. James knew this. The thought seemed fuzzy to Tyler though, he couldn't think of the exact word.
"A nurse!" The little girls voice proclaimed proudly. "I want to be a nurse."
"Good choice!" James the dinosaur brought his hands close together, intending to grant whatever wish Tyler had asked of him. The deeper James twisted at the last second however, warping and distorting the change. The little pig tailed girl began to grow. Tyler grew into a beautiful adult woman, clothing bleaching white. A tri tipped hat appeared on his head, a badge appearing above his petite breasts. Then he changed some more. His breasts ballooned outward, huge nipples making bumps on the front of the shirt. Makeup seeped into his face, deep crimson lipstick and dark eyeshadow. The nurses outfit lost material in all the right places, showing of long smooth legs and a great amount of soft round breast. Black leather boots wrapped his legs to the knee, and similar gloves slipped up his arms to the elbow. Tyler looked down at the name tag. It read 'Nurse Hotty McNaughty'.
James the dinosaur was appalled what he had done to his friend. He wanted to comfort the woman he had become, to pat her on the shoulder and sing her a song. The glare she gave him made him step back however. He waited. The nurse licked her lips.
