"Understood." said the electronic voice,
"Phase 1:Put on the costume in order to find out what you have to work with."
John put on the costume and the mask and the first transformation started.
First the baggy blue and tan jumpsuit shrank and became more form fitting for Johns body. Next, the costume reduced his size and age until he was a 15 year old kid with an adult mind. With the transformation halfway done, Johns arms and legs got slimmer and lengthened a little but oddly enough the costumes gloves and shoes kept his hands and feet from shrinking. After this happened, the jumpsuit fused with his body and the blue parts that were now part of his body grew a small coat of fur. The mask then changed and inflated Johns head, until it also merged with him and he became a perfect replica of Sonic the Hedgehog.
"Phase 1 complete. To begin phase 2, modify the picture that I took of you, and press enter."
John turned and looked at the large picture of his new body on the wall and found numerous things that he wanted to modify. First he didn't think he was fluffy enough so he had white fur grow on the pictures tan chest and face, made blue fur grow on the arms, made all the fur a bit thicker, and added a generous amount of chest fluff. John also realized that he didn't want to be small and skinny, so he thickened up the arms and legs with a bit of well hidden muscle, because a super fast runner has to have powerful legs in order to keep up the speed. He also returned the bodies age to normal and made it taller until it was taller than his old human body by about six inches.
Then, seeing how Sonic's toony head clashed with the body, he made the head shrink by half an inch, turned the nose into a small round diamond shape, separated and shrank his green eyes so that they would look better and not conjoined, and finally made his blue head and back spines look more like actual hedgehog protection and less like blue traffic cones,and added a bit more tail fluff while he was at it.the final change to his body was to make it a lighter shade of blue, and after doing all this to the preview picture, he looked it over and knew that this was the body he wanted to spend the rest of his life in. With that, he pressed enter on the controls, and the room filled with a bright light.
"Phase two complete. Enjoy your life as a toon."
After the transmografication booths doors opened he happily back-flipped out and felt full of energy.
"WOW!"The toon attendant blushed."the toonification process really improved you! There's a gym through that door over there if you want to test your new bodies power and abilities. I'll call you when your wife is done transforming." With that, John energetically zoomed over to the door and briefly stopped by a mirror to look at his new body.
