At first Jeff felt compelled to go watch the game with Mike, his former father now best friend. However something kept him at the Chronivac--a dream he'd half thought of growing up in his former life, where he'd switched places with his father and be the parent. With the Chronivac, Jeff could make his fantasy reality. He pondered over what to do and finally decided to take a chance and see what would happen.
He first found the "Relationship" page which explained all the relationships that he (Jeff) had with everyone of his acquaintance. Jeff was surprised to see that he had a girlfriend named Tamara in his middle-aged prime. He pondered whether to look her over or not before returning to his original task at hand--to make Mike his son. He clicked on the drop down menu options which currently listed their relationship status as "Best Friends". Jeff scrolled down until he found "Son" and he then clicked on it. Immediately the model on the screen of his former father transformed into a sixteen year old teenager. (Unbeknownst to Jeff, his relationship with Tamara changed from girlfriend to wife). Jeff however wasn't happy with this, as it meant he wouldn't be able to live out his fantasy of actually raising his father. So he clicked on his father's stats and changed his age from 16 to 6. The model left puberty and became a rather cute pre-pubsecent boy. Jeff, satisfied with the results dropped his age by a few years (wanting to be a relatively young father--young enough to play with his son without getting easily exhausted), and Jeff then pressed Enter and hurried into the living room to watch the transformation take place.
As Jeff entered the room, Mike looked up from the game and said "There you are, I was beginning to wonder--" but he paused mid-sentence as he froze and began to transform.
First Mike lost the gray at his temples and in his stubble. The few wrinkles & worry lines he had smoothed over, and his skin took on a tighter, youthful, pinkish radiance. His slight gut also melted away, leaving his shirt and pants a little loose. Next his stubble shrunk back into his skin and his muscle tone diminished slightly. He lost a few inches of height and his face became less square as he re-entered his high school years. However this did not last long. Height and body definition continued to diminish and the benefits of puberty were undone. Mike's adult clothes now began to look ridiculous on his increasingly pre-teen body. As the last vestiges of puberty left Mike's face rounded and his body hairless except for the hair on his head, the final phase of the transformation begun. Mike began to shrink even further until he was 3' even and nothing but a cute six year old in mind and thought, just beginning to learn about the world & ready and eager to explore it. His clothes shifted to that which a six year old would wear--a Sesame Street t-shirt with jeans and light up sneakers.
Next Jeff began to feel his transformation begin as he lost his muscle gut and regained his abs. Exhaustion seemed to be lifted as he aged down to an energetic 27, and even though he couldn't see it, he knew that the gray hairs were gone as well. Both transformations were completed.
"--where you were, Daddy" finished Mike as he unfroze.
"I was hiding." answered Jeff.
"Why?" questioned Mike.
"I was waiting for you to come and find me."
"Oh."
