There weren´t a lot of people inside this huge pet store, and the two friends decided to walk directly to the exotic animals. Amber said: "This isn´t an ordinary day, why should we see ordinary animals as rabbis or chickens or turtles or fishes? I would like to see dangerous ones!" "How does it come, that you are so brave today? Do you want me to rescue you with my magic powers?" "Be my heroe!", shouted Amber, and threw her arms around Staceys neck.
They both begann to giggle at first, but then bursting out in uncontrollable laughter. A Parrot nearby began to cry and moved around in his cage very fast. A man in a blue and green worksuit came and askes them for beeing quiet. "When you´re frighterning our animals, you have to stay outside! Otherwise move to the fishes and snakes, they are deaf!" Still giggling, the two agreed, and moved to the shown direction. It needed them nearly ten minutes, to become calm again. They stood in front of a big glasscage with rocks and some wooden trunks in it.
The sign said: "Rare exotic animals: white tiger Pythons" The girl looked, but saw nothing but a shedded snakeskin at first. A boy in his late teens came over and joined them. He said: "Frightened?", and looked to Amber and Stacey. Stacey replied: "Never. But are you?" The guy laughed. "Never. I have a small boa at home. I love snakes. But nearly all the girls who saw my cuty flew away. It´s a pity that they can´t see how beautiful these animals are..." Stacey smiled at him. "and now you´re looking for nice girls to meet at the front of a snakes cage in the pet shop. Good solution for your problem!" He turned red. "Perhaps we will see us again in this place.", he murmured, and flew away. The girls were laughing again.
"I wonder how it is too feel the skin of a snake. Are the cold or wet or slimy?", asked Amber. "Hmm, let me think about it..." replied Stacey. Then she got a miraculous shimmer in her eyes. She silently wished the shedded snakeskin in her hands. Then she wished it would turn into a different form, and hit it in her pocket.
After another hour they became tired of watching animals, and took the bus home. Amys Home came first, and Stacey decided to go with her, and ask her mom at the telephone, wether she could stay the night at Ambers house. Both hoped, their mothers would agree.
