Chad was getting really comfortable in his lobster suit by the time the field house door creaked open. He
raised his eyestalks and focused on the silhouettes coming through the bright door. They were definitely
male, but until the door closed, blotting out the sunlight, he didn't realize they were guys from Riverdale
High.
"See I told ya he'd be dumb enough to put it on," said Reggie.
"Lobster broil tonight!" shouted Moose.
"I thought he'd be bigger," whined Moose as he loomed over Chad, and hefted him in the air.
"Well, he's at least 35 lbs which is giant by lobster standards. Now watch those claws. Quick let's band him."
Chad swung wildly with his massive claws. He had definitely shrunk. He had weighed nearly 200lbs before he
put the lobster suit on. He had been sweating like a pig, and now realized he had shrunk while lying on the
tablecloth. He still was a massive lobster and found himself in a tank of saltwater in the back of Moose's
pick up truck.
Chad's mind was racing. He was really a lobster. His team had beaten Riverdale in their last game of the
season over four months ago. He had masterminded the theft of the team's mascot and psyched them out. Why had
they waited until now to get even, and why were they going to eat him? He was terrified. Then he realized he
was to be the main course at their Athletic Awards Banquet.
