"Delta Omicron Gamma?" asked the archivist.
"Yes," Dean replied, "Delta Omicron Gamma. We need everything you have on that fraternity and the fraternity
house."
The archivist adjusted his glasses, and asked, "May I see your credentials again?"
"Yes. Why?" asked Dean, "I already showed them to you once."
"Hm? Yes, it appears authentic, but why are two different teams of FBI agents interested in the same
fraternity? Aren't you working together?"
Dean's eyes nearly popped, "Another team of FBI agents?"
"Makes sense. The missing kid's congressman is pressuring investigation, and I know that the FBI director went
to UCLA, perhaps he was in DOG too. These records should tell us."
"Oh!" exclaimed the archivist with apparent understanding. He knew all about interdepartmental politics. He'd
be head librarian instead of still an archivist if he was better at it.
"I hope you find the boy, I hate government cover ups. Here are the records, and - oh, my! Agents Scully and
Mulder must have taken the old scrapbook."
"Scully and Mulder?" Sam said, "Those names sound familiar."
"They should, they were the characters on the X-Files," Dean snapped back, "So much for another team of FBI
agents. What did agents Scully and Mulder look like, exactly?" Dean asked the librarian.
"Oh, my!" said the archivist, "They weren't FBI agents at all! Scully had red hair, and was a woman. Mulder
- well he looked like David Duchovny?" The archivist scratched his head.
"Scully & Mulder look-alikes?" asked Sam.
"Well, it's Southern California. We're ten minutes from Hollywood, so why not?"
"Oh, wait, I think the scrapbook may have been scanned. We have a digitization project that some grad
students are working on, and they've been scanning a lot of the source material. Let me call Professor
Cantrell."
"We'll wait," Dean said, as he handed Sam a stack of records and grabbed a stack for himself. They sat at a
library table and started reading as the archivist called Cantrell.
"Hey, Dean, look at this," said Sam sliding a 1920 yearbook in front of Dean. His finger pointed at a photo.
"Hazing?" said Dean with a shrug.
It was picture of three young men in letterman's jackets leading around some half naked young men on leashes.
The Greek letters "Delta Omicron Gamma" were painted on the young men's bare torsos.
"But look here," Sam pointed to another picture, "See the same guys."
"Yeah, except here they're walking dogs. Hm?" Dean studied the picture, "Weredogs?" he asked Dean.
"Agents!" interrupted the archivist.
