Tom and Shelby runs from the camp while Mike and Michelle chases after them, but they prooved to be a lot
quicker then Tom and Shelby in their new forms and manages to tackle them down to the ground, “That’s too easy,”
Mike says “I was hoping that you two would be more of a challenge.” Mike got off of Tom while he gets up and
brushes himself off. “Why are you two doing this to us? We don’t want to be monsters.” Mike says “We’re not
making you monsters, we’re preventing you from becoming monsters.” Tom looks at Mike “How are we becoming
monsters?” Mike just bites Tom’s shirt sleeve and tugs it a bit. Tom getting the message, “Alright, I’m coming.”
Mike leads Tom to the lake, “You know that water is tainted.” Mike replies “I don’t want you to drink it, only
look into it. Like a mirror.” Seeing his own reflection, Tom sees that his eyes are slightly reddened. “See
that?” Mike says, “Each time you smoke that marijuana, your turning into a drug-crazed monster, before Michelle
changed me, I was like you, slowly becoming sicker. She did more then transform me, she cleansed me and in a way
I feel better. Although I was surprised that she turned me into a werewolf, I felt new sensations mixed with my
new heightened senses, I couldn’t help but howl and that is what we’re offering you and Shelby. The same
sensations we experienced, and no drug on Earth can offer that. Just think of it as a drug rehabilitation
program, I maybe a werewolf now, but I’m still your brother and that can’t be changed. I don’t want to see you
die.” Tom thinks about this.
