After Mark and Jay had left, Dan continued as best he could. With his former high IQ cut to less than half, he was now effectively retarded. The worst thing was,
he could still remember how he used to be. That made his current situation that much worse.
With his brain feeling like it was full of cotton, it took Dan a while, but he got himself cleaned up from where he wet the bed. Then he got dressed in a now
oversized t-shirt and some jogging pants. By pulling the drawstring tight and rolling up the legs, he managed to come up with an outfit that reasonably fit his reduced
frame. As he stood there feeling proud over the simple act of dressing himself, he heard the apartment door open.
A few moments later, a smiling and smug Sean was at the bedroom door. "Ah, I see you're up. Having a nice day?"
"Swean!" Dan exclaimed. "What you do to mwe?!"
"That's easy to answer," Sean replied, walking in and sitting down. "I've made you young, weak and stupid. And before you ask why, you're a jerk and a bully.
You keep accusing me of being gay. You even beat me up once. Well, now you can't bully me. You can't do anything."
"Mwe sowwy! Mwe weelly sowwy!" said Dan, feeling on the verge of tears again.
"I doubt it," said Sean. "If you were back to normal, I'm sure you would gladly kick my ass again. I think I like you much better this way. You'll grow up again, but
I can make sure you stay skinny and dumb."
"No, pwease!" Dan begged. "Change me wit way gwun! Pwease!!"
