However you're more angry about the blackmail then scared of what happens
if you don't pay up .
So you just stand there for a half hour doing nothing,and nothing
happens.
A minute or two later a jet of cold water suddenly sprays all
over you from a overhead sprinkler.
The effect is immediate.You feel the pressure on your spine and tailbone
and with a slow squelching stretching sound your aquatic reptile tail
pushes out from your back and your backbone also stretches you out 1 foot
taller.
Immediately the water shower stops and a blast of cool air from the floor vents
dries off your changed devolving body.
It finally dawns on you.The Creature was the missing link.But what
kind of primeval reptillian aquatic beast did the Creature descend from.
It seems if you keep getting immersed in a water shower you're going to find out.
And if you wait too long,the help will be pointless,as you'll no
longer be the Creature,let alone human.
So you grab your wallet,pull out wads of 20s,and push the money under the
Change Room door to the waiting hands of the shopkeep.
A nervewracking 3 minutes pass in silence,before the floor vents blast out
warm air up at you.
Slowly the changes reverse and you shrink in size.
Troublingly the Creature costume does not fall away,but is absorbed into
your emerging human body.
Soon its a cringing naked teen crouched in the Change Room.You
gather your clothes and bolt from the shop,wondering what kind of curse
lurks in your flesh and bones...
