"What?" Brianna laughed. "You're not Greg."
"Yes, I am," Kelly said. "I mean, I was. Up until a little over an hour ago."
Brianna turned to look at Tabitha, her eyes filled with question. "It's true," she said. "That is your husband."
"No, I don't believe you," Brianna said.
"Believe it," Tabitha continued. "And Ricki was Rick, and Brenda was Brendon." Both women nodded their heads.
"You're going to have to prove it," Brianna said.
Much like Ricki had done for Tabitha earlier in the night, Kelly now answered a series of questions for Brianna. They were almost the same questions. Brianna asked when was their anniversary, their birthdays, and what her favorite ice cream was. The question that finally convinced her was, "What vacation we had was the worst we ever took?"
Kelly answered. "Las Vegas, because we both got food poisoning and spent most of the week laying in bed. The food poisoning was caused by some exotic fish dish we ate."
Brianna reeled back in shock. "Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God!" she screamed. "How did this happen? Oh, my God." She was absolutely hysterical. Tabitha and Ricki quickly related the entire story to her, all the way up to the moment they walked into the house. "You're going to what? Turn everyone into a female?"
Kelly got off the couch and moved in front of the chair where Brianna was sitting. Brianna pulled as far back into the chair as she could. Kelly said, "Bri, please listen to me."
"I hate being called 'Bri,'" Brianna snapped.
"I know," Kelly said. "And I only ever do it when I need you to listen to me." Brianna started to calm. Kelly got down on her knees in front of her. It was almost as if Kelly was proposing to her. In a way, she was. Kelly was proposing that Brianna accept what she had become, and go on with their lives.
"There's a reason behind this," Kelly explained. "Somehow I feel that there is. I feel that we can change the world for good, just by using this. We've already talked about it. It can work. Just look at Ricki and Brenda. When they were Rick and Brendon, they were about ready to kill each other. Now they're best friends. Imagine what that could do for everyone?"
"I don't care," Brianna said. "I want my husband."
"Of course you do," Kelly said as a tear rolled down her cheek. "And, still, you don't. You want Greg the person. That's still me. I still have the same likes and dislikes. I have the same feelings. But you just said how frustrated you had become. We don't have to worry about that anymore. It's not going to be a problem."
"Yes it is!" Brianna snapped. "You're not male anymore! How are we supposed to have a child of our own?"
"There's something I never told you," Kelly said. "I knew it was going to be difficult for us to conceive. So I froze specimens of my semen and locked them in the basement with a lot of my other experiments. We can still have a baby that way."
A tear dropped out of Brianna's eye. "We can?" she asked. "We really can? You did that?"
"Yes," Kelly whispered. "I did it because I knew how much it meant to you." Brianna did not respond. "I know that I was being incredibly selfish all these years. But I don't want to be anymore. I won't let myself be that selfish. If you want to have a baby, I say let's do it now."
Brianna's face lightened. "You do? You really do?"
"Yes," Kelly said.
Brianna reached out and gave Kelly a firm hug. She held her for a few seconds, and then suddenly pulled back. "But this still isn't right," she said. "I mean, you're not male."
Tabitha interrupted. "Brianna, I told her that--"
Kelly cut her off. "Let me, please. Brianna, Tabitha told me about your lunch last week." Brianna gave Kelly a puzzled look. "When you said that you had a desire for other women?"
"Oh, my God, you said that?" Brianna asked Tabitha with immense shock.
"Well it seemed like it would help the situation," Tabitha defended herself.
Brianna looked at Kelly. She stared into her emerald green eyes. She was trying to see if the love Greg had for her was still present within Kelly. This was one of the unique things about their marriage. Brianna could always see the love in Greg's eyes. Now that she stared into Kelly's eyes, she saw the same love in her eyes.
"Oh, God, it does," Brianna said. She threw herself onto Kelly and started to madly kiss her cheek. "I love you."
"I love you too, Brianna," Kelly said. With that, she kissed Brianna passionately on the lips.
Ignoring the fact that there were three other women in the room, Kelly and Brianna fell to the floor and began to tear each other's clothes off. They made wild, passionate love right there on the floor, both climaxing several times before they were finished.
After they were done, they both sat up on the floor, neither the least bit ashamed of being naked. "I've never felt that good before," Brianna said. "I've never felt that alive."
"That's about to change," Ricki smirked.
