Marcia drove to the Cooper General Hospital and without a word again from Chuck soon walked into Ely's room. A stunned pair they were as each saw his body alive but with someone else living there in.
The moment the two embrased in a hug brought a tear to Marcia's eyes.
"We need to work fast, either the Police might crash the party or Mrs. Ranskin could whip up some spirit to ruin this moment!" said Marcia as she closed the window blinds.
As she placed the two men back to back, heads touching and arms out straight forward, she began her conjure of known words to recant.
The static electric crackled in the room as Nurse and Doctor pounded at the locked door in hope of getting to check on Ely. A wind whirled about the room which had not one window open. Chuck was first to moan and then Ely let out a scream which might curdle one's blood.
Air in the room was suddenly like after a Spring rain, clear and fresh. Ely spoke first and was thrilled to find himself as the teenager he was when first changed by Mister Ranskin some years before.
Chuck slumped to the floor as he too found himself as the man he was and not a bit like a pony stallion. He turned to look at Marcia, "Can I go now?" he asked.
A shake of hands as Chuck Robertson dressed and slipped out the fire escape.
"Where is he going?" asked Ely Kazan shaking his head in wonder.
"He misses the life of his stallion self! I expect he will return to the farm and beg Mrs. Ranskin to let him be the pony you were." explained Marcia as the room door burst open.
