Bryan relaxed as the gas took hold. Under its influence, he felt certain that nothing would go wrong, that soon he would be the girl he longed to be. Unfortunately for him, today Fate had a weird sense of humor...
On the other end of the CYOC interface a user, celebrating the end of a long, annoying work week by having a drunken party all by himself with cheap vodka and weak orange juice, logged on. A nude image of Bryan's scrawny, 5'10" body popped up on the screen. The user grimaced, not feeling anything particularly sexual toward the guy. The way the user saw it, Bryan's moderately haired chest and glasses were a definite turn off, and made it impossible to imagine him as a sexy woman, which is what Bryan had put down as his requested change.
The user looked at the interface through a drunken haze, finding the thing difficult to read, much less understand. Grunting, he finally found the Body Hair control, clicked on it, and saw that it had a choice for "Sub-Menus"-- whatever that meant. Clicking on that option dropped down a menu for controlling hair on various parts of the body.
"'Genitals?' Doesn't that mean Jewess or something?" grumbled the user. He took another long swig from the glass of orange juice tainted vodka, and felt his stomach churn in protest. The thingy on the screen had a "Length" and "Color" control. Maybe it didn't have anything to do with ethnicity? He switched the "Color" control to "Platinum Blond" and watched in fascination as the subject's pubes bleached out to the chosen color. Clicking on the "Length" control, he pulled the slider back and forth between both ends of the scale, watching the results as Bryan's pubic hair alternated between "Naturally Absent" and "Ten Feet". Losing interest, he left the slider at the "Naturally Absent" setting, then impulsively switch all the other body hair settings to the same settings.
Confused, the user found himself staring once more at some controls also labeled "Genitals." Hadn't he been here already. More or less randomly, he clicked on some of the settings, wondering why he couldn't seem to make out the words written around them.
"Darned programmers! Can't even make the words big enough to read!" he grumbled. He suddenly realized that pulling one of the sliders to the right was supposed to make things bigger, and did so-- mistakenly watching the labels on the screen, thinking they would get bigger. Unnoticed by him, Bryan's balls started to swell, growing larger and larger, ending somewhere between the size of beach balls and medicine balls.
Frustrated, the user leaned back and gulped some more alcohol. Clicking on what he thought was the same control, he angrily pulled the slider to the left. Bryan's dick shot back, into his body, leaving just a hole to piss out of.
The user switched his attention from the (to his mind) function-less "Genital" controls, and chose "Muscles" from the menu.
Frowning, he noticed that the subjects legs were somehow obscured. They seemed to be hidden behind two large balloons. Selecting the entire lower half of Bryan's body, he started increasing the muscle mass-- hoping to enlarge the muscles large enough for them to emerge from behind the weird, huge globes. Bryan's leg grew more and more muscular, veins popping out. His legs grew, rapidly growing to the size of tree trunks: birch trees, oaks, redwoods. From his rump on down, Bryan gained the type of build which would make any bodybuilder envious.
The user then stumbled across a "Rotate Image" control, and suddenly discovered Bryan's legs, and stopped and stared.
'That guy looks seriously weird!' thought the user, letting loose a massive belch. Feeling dizzy, the user closed his eyes, and momentarily dozed off.
Jerking awake, he found a confusing view on his monitor. An expanse of pale, flesh colored... something... was displayed. Puzzling for a second, he suddenly realized he WAS looking at flesh. Where on Bryan's body, he had no idea. Playing with the controls, the flesh rapidly, and randomly, flipped through the entire spectrum of color, ending at a greenish-yellow which seemed to practically glow. The user then figured out how to pull back from the extreme close-up, and saw that all of Bryan's skin was now that color.
"The Hell with it!" decided the user. Switching to the "Advanced" controls, he more or less accidentally selected Bryan's chest, and the "Female" option, which resulted in Bryan now possessing a modest pair of breasts. The used then saw "Cup Size." Not really knowing anything about bras, he clicked on "C" and watched Bryan's boobies swell. Thinking that they now looked rather nice, the user re-focused his attention on Bryan's face and head.
In a drunken burst of energy and creativity, the user sculpted Bryan's face to have a narrow chin, full lips, a long, narrow nose-- and a bushy uni-brow. On the plus side, Bryan now had better than 20/20 vision-- and rainbow irises. A yellow walrus mustache sprouted from his upper lip, and snake bites pierced his lower. His auburn hair suddenly cascaded down past his waist, finally ending about mid-muscular-calf. Bryan's ear tips suddenly shot upward, ending in points level with the top of his head.
The user leaned back, giggling inanely and drunkenly. Draining his glass, he switched to "Mental" alterations. Sexuality? eh, heterosexual. Sex Drive? That got set very, very high. Base Personality? Bimbo! Education? Post-Graduate, Hair dressing.
Suddenly, the user realized he was about to regurgitate his most recent drinks. Hurriedly, he pushed the "Transformation Complete" radio-button, logged off, and sprinted for his toilet, almost making it.
The booth cycled, and Bryan began to wake up...
