So in an instant, all of my mom's friends were now in the room with us.
There was Mrs. Felicity Griffin, a black woman, she had been my mother's best friend since Kindergarten and was now a real estate agent, but had only ever sold a few homes over the years.
After her was Charlotte King, a blonde woman, she was a little bit older than my mom though remained good friends with her even after they found out a guy they both liked had secretly been dating both of them. She was a fashion designer, though she prefers fashions that sometimes date to before she was even born.
The last woman was Violet Porter, a brunette woman, she loved to read so much as a child that as an adult she wrote some books that barely made the best sellers list.
All of them were confused as to where they were at first until they saw me and were shocked by my younger mother.
"Kathy? Is that actually you?" Charlotte asked my mom. "You bet it is." My mother answered.
"How on earth do you go from middle-age back to a teenager?" Violet asked.
"My son, Joey, he has a ring that grants his wishes and he wished me to be seventeen again, though only in body and not in mind."
"Okay so what does that have to do with us?" Felicity asked.
"Well my son gave me three wishes and for my first wish, I wished that all of you were here."
"Yeah mom, so what's your second wish now?" I asked.
"I wish you to give Miss Felicity, Charlotte, and Violet one wish each. Does that that sound like a fair deal, ladies?" All three of them agreed.
"Okay so who wants to go first?" I asked them.
