You decide to try the clothes again. You pick up the overalls, and "Chester" (you don't know his real name) puts the collar back on.
Suddenly you change back into the farm boy you were. Your hair turns black and shaggy. Your ears get a little big and stick out, your
teeth get big and goofy looking. Your eyes turn gray. Your mind then turns back into the farm boy's mind. Chester turned back into the
dog he was, getting the dog's mind again.
"That was fun!" you say in your kid voice again, with a farm accent again too. "But we better get back to work, don't want ma mad at us"
Chester just barks happily in response.
Maggie meanwhile could sense what had happened. After her husband, sister, and youngest child died, she was upset. Then she had
the last straw when her oldest children moved away. She knew she couldn't run the farm on her own, so she turned to witchcraft. She
renounced God, blaming him for taking her husband, sister, and child. Soon she mastered these spells and put transformation spells on
some old clothes she had. The spell was on the overalls and the collar. The overalls would turn someone into a ten-year-old boy to be a
farmhand and her son. The collar was new and would make someone a helping dog. It was because of this magic that she could sense
they took the clothes off. She knew she would have to seal the spell on them soon, so that way, even of they take the clothes off they
won't ever change back.
Later you and Chester came back with the timber. Maggie has you feed the pigs and cows and then lets you do whatever you want, but
stay near the house because it's getting dark. You listen to her, you don't seem to remember what happened at the pond. The spell
reprogrammed those memories so you think you just took a normal dip.
