Whilst Sara sits in the bathroom, I look to Jen. She's cute, in a kind of awkward way, and is just finishing up with her second stack of
books. She seems to be getting them out faster than I can scan them. Looking about, I figure there's no harm, and wish a stack or two
to be scanned, watching them disappear from one side of me, and appear on the other, computer filling with dozens of new entries.
"Aw man, yer like a machine or something." Jen says as she comes up, grabbing another stack. "Know how ta keep a gal busy."
"I try my best." I respond with a smile. Seems like Jen is in one of her good days. Normally she's about as dumb and ditzy as the
animals she grew up with. My smile grew more, as an idea began to form. "Hey Jen?..."
She turns around, "Yeah Joe?" She asks, little quizzical look crossing her face.
"What's your favorite animal?" I ask casually. She gives me a confused look. "Well, that's easy. It's..."
