he bimbos by the seaplane start running to meet you, laughing, breasts bouncing. They've seen you. They are hungry for you. Emilio shouts: "Come on, back in the ambulance, we've got to get out of here!" But as you turn to go back to the ambulance, you hear the roar of the speedboat engine getting a burst of juice. You look back and see Zephyr turning sharply and heading back for the dock. "Hey!" you shout. "She's coming back! Get to the dock!" You both make a mad dash for the dock. Zephyr motions for you to jump in. You jump in, landing clumsily on the deck. The bimbos have gained ground on you in their pursuit, and one manages to grab Emilio's shoe as he makes the jump. The shoe slips off, but his jump is cut short and he hangs onto the boat's railing as Zephyr pulls out of the dock. You grab his hand and pull him over the railing and onto the deck, where he collapses in relief. "Jesus, that was close," he says. "I'm glad you picked us up, but you mind telling us why the change of heart?" She nods in your direction. "This guy procured a sample. I figured maybe he's resourceful enough to help us without being dead weight. And as for you, well, you were just in the right place at the right time. This is your lucky day, boys." "I don't understand," says Emilio. "If this shit is happening all over the world, how hard could it be to get a sample? "Getting a sample is easy. It's getting one and getting away uncontaminated that's the problem. This may be the first isolated sample of the virus to be taken. My mission required me to leave the island anyway, but getting this...this could be our lucky break." "So," you say. "Where do we go from here?" Zephyr points to an onboard navigation unit indicating coordinates to the southeast. "I have a rendezvous here in two hours. You boys can come with me, but nobody at the rendezvous point knows any of the details of my operation. All they're coming to do is to take me back to the mainland. Once we're there, you can go wherever you like, but it won't do any good to ask questions. You probably won't get any answers." The boat reaches the coordinates specified in the GPS, and after a short wait Emilio notices something skimming through the surface of the sea. He points to it. "What is that thing?" "What thing?" you ask. But before you can spot it, it has vanished beneath the surface. Just under a minute later, the sea begins to bubble gently in the area Emilio was pointing to. A black tower rises from the surface, followed by a huge cigar-shaped hull. It's a submarine! "Whoa! Is that our ride back?" "That's it," says Zephyr. "I need to have a word with the captain. I'll vouch for you, and he should let you on board." The speedboat pulls up to the side of the sub. A squad of armed seamen stand on the deck, led by an officer. Zephyr hails the officer and is allowed up the ladder to board the deck. After a short discussion, she shouts down to you. "Come on up. We'll get you a berth set up, but you won't have access to much other than quarters, mess, and a toilet. And whatever you do, don't push any buttons. I'll meet with you in quarters in a bit. I have to take my package to sickbay and get it more securely packaged." You clamber up the ladder, Emilio right behind you. Well, it looks like you're safe...for now at least. And you're tired. The captain has the seamen escort you to some cramped crew quarters, and you crash. What will happen next?
