Justin put the card in his pocket and ran back to his dorm room. When he got to his room, he quickly locked the door and set the card down on his desk. Flipping the card over, it revealed Joe panting on the floor. His fleshy nub of a tail poked a few inches out of his pants. His neck was a good two feet long by now. Joe ripped at his shirt and pants and he screamed out in pain and fear. His voice growing deeper as his clothes fell to the floor.
Justin's hand went to the growing erection in his pants as he stared at the nude body on the card. He was not sure what the guy was changing into but at this point, he did not care.
Joe glanced down at his shrunken manhood. His testicles were pressed tightly against his body as he felt them push all the way inside him. His hand went to his penis as it shrunk to nothing more than a nub, a feminine slit opening just below it. Joe's eyes widened in shock as he realized what happened to him. A pain in his back caused Joe to fall to his hands and knees. The vertebrae popped and cracked as his backbone elongated.
Justin watched as small ridges formed along Joe's back. Joe cried out, which was becoming more guttural, as the bone ridges stretched the skin until long four inch spines went down all along his back. Joe craned his head to look, until the same thing started happening to his neck. His lengthening fingernails dug into the floor as he clenched his eyes close in pain.
