Jake turned and started to walk out of the dressing room. The deep voice of the kid turned black man started up behind him. "Wait! You can't take my body!" Jake kept walking, at least until a large hand on his shoulder stopped him and spun him around. He came face to face with a large fist being brandished in his face. "If you don't find a way to switch us back, I'll beat the crap out of you. You know I can do it in this body."
Jake suddenly felt very nervous, but he hoped it didn't show on his face as he looked up at the big man. "Listen, kid." And how odd it felt to call that giant a kid. "If you really want your body back, you think damaging it is going to help?"
The reality of Jake's statement seemed to don on him, his hands falling to his side. Jake did feel bad for the kid, a little anyway. He turned and continued back into the store, the large naked black man following after him, without a care he didn't wear a stitch of clothing. "What's your name, kid?" Jake looked back over his shoulder as he asked the question.
"Eric." The deep baritone of his voice sounded odd with the slight sulky tone.
"Well, Eric. I tell you what. I'm going to find a second item, just like the clerk said I could have. If I decide I don't like the item, I'll buy one that will switch us back." Jake had no idea if such an item existed, but the sudden smile on Eric face was really quite.. striking. He felt his pants tenting just looking at the body that had been his for a few short minutes.
Jake continued to walk along the empty aisles, Eric tagging along after him like an eager child. He looked along the shelves for something particularly interesting. And if it did turn out to do something unpleasant to the teen's body that he now possessed, served the kid right for what he tried to pull. Jake would find a way to switch them back at that point.
Then his eyes saw it, the perfect item to try out..
