Tracy had a troubled childhood where she'd taken pleasure in torturing animals,dressing in
animal pelts for Halloween and trying to use science to devolve rats ,rabbits and mice back
into reptillian lifeforms by means of skin grafts and plasma infusions.
As well as genetic experimentation.
Her former psychiatrist told the police Tracy had a major Borderline Personality Disorder,as
well as issues with her foster parents.
Basically she was a monster bottled up inside the body of a human girl.
One who'd been raped.
So the police in Berkley had sent Tracys file and picture to Mericana Campus
when they'd discovered Tracy had resurfaced over there.
