"I..I think I'll go with the 100 dollar plan," the man said. "But if you don't do it..I'm not going to pay a
dime." There was a mild defiance in his tone.
"Do you think I'd claim I could do it if I couldn't?" she replied with a half-smirk. She stuck her hand out
expectantly. "Cash now, or I just walk out that door...or you get to be confined in here with me all sorts of
angry."
The man pulled out his wallet and counted out five twenty dollar bills, which she quickly put into her purse
and tossed into a corner of the room. "Smart man," she said. "Now, lay down on the bed."
"I thought you said that would be three hundred," he replied hopefully.
