Suddenly, the room shifted. It was no longer a classroom it was a large warehouse or barn. It was cold and smelled of blood and death. The students and teacher continued to change, and were soon horses. Their clothing just vanished.
The horses were walking single file up a wood and metal chute, and in equine form followed the others of his herd. Then he saw the bloody metal spike rushing downward toward his head. He froze it, he froze time itself. At least in the killing room. He willed himself human, and stumbled out of the execution stall, and out into the plant itself where time continued to move forward. He saw skinned horse carcasses hanging from meat hooks. He wanted to vomit. He went through a doorway marked office, and realized that he'd transported the class to a dog food factory. He was traumatized by his brush with death, and collapsed on the sofa in the office and fell asleep. When he awoke, he willed himself and his classmates back to school. He was able to restore most of the class, but in Chris and Jason's seats instead of people were cans of Hannibal's Special Order dog food. His power couldn't bring back the dead.
