"Well, we don't have anything to sacrifice, and I hope you don't sacrifice me," you say, "so maybe...pick no sacrifice." you advise.
"Yea," he says, looking over the incantation. "Looks like there's some drawbacks. The powers might not work unless I'm nude, and I may need to take the...err, "lifeforce" of others every now and then."
"Well, we won't know unless it actually works, that one seems the safest at least for now," you say. "I say give that one a shot and see what happens."
In excitement, Graham trembles at the thought of becoming what the incantation says. "Should I remove my clothing?" he asks.
"Uhh, I don't know," you say. "Maybe not and just see what happens, if it's even real."
"I think I should," Graham thinks as he pulls off his t-shirt. You've known Graham for a few years and as a baseball player, could always tell he was a buff guy. You've never seen him without clothing on, though. His thick muscles and large torso show an athlete for certain, but someone not too large. Turning his head to you, he smirks, "standing here makes me want to remove my clothing anyway. I think I need to, it feels...kinda good." He bends down and unties his shoes, kicking them off, you can make out the hair on his feet before deciding to back away, wanting to give him his space.
Graham removes his cargo pants, showing his bulked quads squeezed underneath his black briefs. "I wonder..." Graham thinks to himself, "is this something that's done solo or should we do it together? Do you think the altar has the power to give us both these, err, supposed superpowers?"
Graham turns around, still in his briefs. You're tempted to undress and step onto the altar too, worried that if you don't and the altar does work, the new superman Graham may not let you use the altar after all. But if it fails, what if you two become something mutant or neither of you gain powers? You think for a minute and ultimate decide to:
