Ramos couldn't believe the exhilaration that he experienced as Chaco was integrated into his body. The arrogant gang leader was reduced to a ganglia of nerves enslaved to Ramos' mind, his muscles and strength became Ramos'. Ramos smiled as all of Chaco's memories became available to his beckoned call. He smiled, he just solved two dozen open cases with Chaco's inside knowledge. Chaco's protection racket wasn't just about money to keep from being beaten or robbed, it was for keeping quiet about crimes. Mr. Wong at the convenience store had staged a robbery to kill his partner, and he'd been paying Chaco for his silence ever since. Ramos knew where Chaco stashed his incriminating evidence and photos. If the kid had gone straight, he might have made a good detective.
Ramos felt a sudden hunger, but not for food. The image of the young white Captain who'd come in to head the precinct over seasoned veterans like Ramos danced before his mind. The kid looked like Captain America, and fostered that image by wearing red, white and blue, and having a poster of the comic hero on his office wall. Well, Ramos wondered what that arrogant blond head would look like when it followed Chaco up his ass. Ramos had always been a fan of the Red Skull anyway. The naked giant headed to the Captain's office with a wicked gleam in his eyes.
