Despite if I live through the evening or not, I assume that Devon may not kill me, but only want to me suffer
long enough for me to wish I was dead. So I decided to find Fred Jones and tell him that he has to leave the
office like the boss wants me to. So I went to his usual cubical, but instead of Fred Jones, someone else is
there. He resembles Robert Carradine’s character from Revenge of the Nerds with three minor differences, he
traded in his pocket protector for a business suit and briefcase, his eye glasses aren’t taped together, and he
doesn’t have that donkey laugh. He notices me “May I help you sir?” I answered “Sorry, I’m looking for Fred
Jones.” He says “Oh, haven’t you heard? He was fired. I’m his replacement. Pete Thomas.” I say “My name is John
Maverick. I just saw Fred this morning.” Pete says “If he’s here, he’s still angry at the boss for firing him.
I’d be angry too if I was fired with a wife who has cancer. If you excuse me? I have work to do.” I thought
where Fred may be hiding, if he’s not at his old cubical then he’s hiding in one of the offices. There’s one
possible office, Trip Johnson’s, who been dead for the past year when he was killed by a sniper bullet after
owing money to a local loan shark. As I approached the office, that powerful scent came up stronger then ever,
which means there’s a werewolf in the office, I knocked on the door and I heard a faint “Come in.” as I opened
the door I saw.
