Frank was a stout friend and could fall over a brick wall and never shed a tear. This was more than just a slight pain, this was a terrible way of life coming his way.
Frank stammered out words that made no sense to Stan. He stood looking at his friend showing more and more beastial changes as the minutes ticked by.
Stan began to search the stateroom for any antidote that the woman may of had just incase she'd been infected by chance.
Frank's body was having a losing battle with the serum of change. As Stan shook down the room Frank's body was going into convulsions. Whinning and making sounds that might in time become ragged brays of the donkey beast Frank found himself leening half over to support his growing mass.
"Right, here ole' friend I found the bottle of antidote!" yelled Stan. Stepping quickly to his friend's side he spread the thick donkey lips and poured the gray liquid in the large mouth.
Just then a noise, the woman was returning and from the sounds, with a wrangler to remove the new beast of burden. Stan grabbed the bucket of serum and the globbed up brush which she used to make Frank change and slid behind the drapes.
Frank was now going into reverse convulsions and his face was rapidly becoming human.
"He should be changed enough for you to remove him to the hold!" said the woman as she opened the stateroom door.
"Huh!" grumped the man as both saw a partical changed youth.
"You keep him till he's changed and call me then and only then!" grumped the man as he spun around and slammed the door.
The Lady walked over to examine Frank and noticed he was not changing to, but rather he was changing back to what he was.
"You need another dose of the serum!" muttered as she turned to grab the bucket and brush. Finding them not where she'd left them her eyes wandered the room till the sight of two tenny's sticking out from under the drapes.
Quickly she walked to the drapes and flung them aside.
Flop, Splat!
Stan, scared as ever was ready and launched a brush full of serum formula into the woman's face. Even as she screamed of sudden fear and the terror of what might happen, Stan dipped the brush in his bucket and poked it into her wide open mouth.
Instantly the serum began on her as it had on Frank. Turning she made two steps forward and fell face down to the floor. Spitting out the serum ladden brush she groaned out a question, "Antidote, in the drawer, there!" she said and pointed to it's locale.
"Sorry Lady I found it and gave the one and only bottle to Frank!" said Stan as he turned to see Frank now changing rapidly back to the human he was.
The Lady moaned as her head swelled and lips thickened.
