Alvin Robb was in deep amounts of shit. This wasn't his first offense, nor was it anywhere near it. He'd been mostly able to get off free with his punishments, but not today. Today was the day that Alvin decided it would be fun to participate in armed robbery. He didn't really have reasons for it. He was from a good home, but the thug life had rubbed off on him. And it hadn't paid off.
Alvin sulked in the jail cell he was being detained in. "Why this time? Nothing had ever happened when I stole before." he asked himself, pondering what cruel fate had decided to place him in this cell. He was being reviewed by a board of police officers on whether or not he was going to be able to have the chip in him. He didn't want it, but ultimately the decision was out of his hands.
After what seemed like endless hours in the cell, two guards opened the door to it.
"It's your lucky day, kid." one said.
"You've been approved for the chip, not many young offenders get this opportunity."
Alvin groaned. "Why me..." he muttered.
The guard ignored him and started speaking again "The board has decided that you're going to be re-instituted into society as a.."
