As Jake looked over his stats he got a sudden idea and began making the changes. When he'd finished they looked liked this:

He also noted an option he'd neglected previously, one saying 'Reality Change' that was set to 'No' by default. Jake quickly shifted it to 'yes' and then pressed 'Enter'.
Jake's ten-year old form grew a couple inches in height first, just as specified. He also noticed his frame gain some muscle as it became less skinny and more athletic. Not too much muscle, he still looked lean and slim, but there was some slight size to them all that helped them all to be defined enough to be visible. An unnatural, demonic strength also coursed through his arms, making him feel like he could snap a barbell like a twig.
Next, although he couldn't see it, his hair turned from brown to black and his eyes turned from blue-grey to red. A pair of horns curled out of his brow as his clothes suddenly began to change. Gone was the t-shirt and jeans he'd been wearing and in their place he found himself wearing a black leather thong, somewhat like a jockstrap, and knee-high black leather boots. After this a pair of black, bat-like wings unfurled from his back and a barbed tail grew from the end of his spine, and here his transformation completed.
But that was just the physical part. His mental transformation just began, but it seemed quicker. His knowledge of his previous life vanished entirely, and was replaced with knowledge of being a demonic agent sent to spy on mortals. Jake had a new personality manifest too. He could feel a massive feeling of lust, alongside a desire to dominate and control everyone he met.
The first thing he wanted to do was find someone to satisfy his lust; as an incubus it was his primary desire. However he also wanted to practice his skills, as he knew he should. He would have to keep in top condition to be a useful spy after all.
