Jake led the way as the two made their way towards school. Alex's primary job seemed to be to prevent the incubus from flirting with every person he saw. And of the people they saw. There were a number of elves, much like Alex, with fair skin, long hair in light shades, and pointed ears, and all slim and lean, but with a slightly athletic look. They seemed to be of primary interest to Jake, who was flirting or winking at all the ones he saw.
Then there were Changelings, all of whom seemed to be children. Even the ones who stood waving off their kids to school were themselves child-like. There were Dwarves, who were all stout and muscular, and rather hairy too. Even the dwarf women possessed a little scruff on their chins, and children even as young as seven showed signs of peach-fuzz. Standing even smaller than the Dwarves and Changelings were Gnomes, once again adults and children weren't much different in size. They all stood about two feet tall, and the presence of beards and breasts were what designated adults from children. Alex was surprised to see Jake kneel down and flirt with a gnome girl who seemed to be the equivalent of an eighteen-year old human. "Get away from me you pervy little demon brat," the gnome woman responded, slapping Jake across the face.
"Oh good, I didn't have to hold you back that time," teased Alex, "Guess Gnomes are too smart to be affected by your incubus charms."
"Shut up," grunted Jake, rubbing his cheek.
There were Halflings, also short, though this time there was a slightly more obvious height difference between adults and kids, and their hairy feet were particularly notable, and they were hairy even as five year olds, and none of them wore shoes. Halfling kids were about three feet tall, and the adults four feet. Jake and Alex were still a few inches taller than the adults, and Jake's incubus nature kicked in with them too.
Of the races larger than them they saw orcs. Due to a slight hunch, all orcs seemed about half a foot shorter than they really were, with the kids about their age being about 5 and a half feet tall, but hunching down to five, and the adults being about seven feet tall. The hunch was mostly due to their massively muscular bodies, even as kids, and their two lower canines formed tusks that grew in as they aged, and the adults wore in various ways. They were, of course, all green in colour. It didn't stop Jake from flirting with them either.
They saw humans of course, and occasionally lizardmen, hyena-humans called gnolls, and other human-animal hybrids. Also, as they neared school they saw a couple angel boys flying in from the sky. All three wore simple white exomises, had blond hair, creamy, smooth skin, and brilliant blue eyes. They were all toned and leanly muscled, much like Jake in fact, but their muscles also had a smoother look to them. They didn't wear shoes or sandals and had a pair of brilliant white wings on their backs. Their faces were extremely beautiful and they were already attracting glances from all the kids, and adults in fact. They were clearly siblings as well, the youngest about eight, the middle one ten, and the eldest was twelve. "Wow, they're gorgeous," muttered Alex.
"They're not that special," muttered Jake, making a clear effort to ignore them.
"Wait what? You've been flirting with every single thing on two legs on the way here, but suddenly you're Mr. Restraint?" asked Alex.
"Yeah, now come here," said Jake, kissing Alex again, with the same force as usual. "That's better than any stupid angel."
Alex didn't bother pursuing the subject any further for now, and instead followed Jake to class.
