"You got the ground floor family suite with one king-size and two normal size beds." The receptionist
said, handing them their key. The Anderson's made their way to their suite and began to unpack.
"Hey kids, we're going to go get some coffee from the lobby. You want anything?" "No, we're fine"
Derrick and Julie said.
"Ugh, lazy parents." Derrick said to himself as they left. "Says the one who's just scraping by in
school." Julie replied. "Oh shut up." Derrick said. Suddenly he stopped. "Did you hear that?" He
rubbed his foot on the floor board. It felt loose. He picked it up and threw it aside, and stuck his hand
in. "What the hell do you think you're doing?" Julie said. "Holy crap!" Derrick said, almost yelling.
He pulled his arm out from the floor. In one hand he held a dusty old book, pages yellow with age, and
in the other he held.....
