There were only 3 warriors to go now and we suddenly had the numerical advantage. Morgana's transformation of
me had actually worked in our favor and I could see how this magic could be put to good use rather than being
used exclusively as punishment or to humiliate people.
Maedel and Morgana immediately headed towards the White healer and the half orc. They being the most obvious
targets. As Maedel leapt from the wooden beams high above she plunged the dragon tooth into the Half Orcs back
and held onto him hindering his torrent of swings at Dili the gnome with his sabre. Morgana loosed
transformation bolts at the Half Orc and healer in quick succession. One of the half orcs necklaces began to
glow brightly and the bolt shot back at Morgana! At the same time, the cleric or white mage reached his hand
out and, cupping it he caught the bolt headed for him. He spun round and released the bolt directly at Morgana
as well!
The two bolts collided in the air and an almighty shock knocked Morgana off her feet. The half orc lost his
balance and Maedel and he fell to the ground. Dili had been in the process of leaping in for another slash
with her chained sword and was instead thrown threw the air. The white clad man leapt back gracefully and
steady himself as he landed avoiding the brunt of the blast.
Across the room Arn was desperately dodging blasts from the pixies wand and barely managing. I flew in
grabbing the pixie from behind, still only 6 inches tall with wings and a large black and yellow bees bottom.
Arn saw this and took the chance to snatch the wand and pointed it at the restrained pixie.
"Wait! I can explain I'm just..." the pixie squeaked before Arn zapped her with the wand and in seconds I was
carrying a very bushy tailed little squirrel.
Maedel was quick to get back on her feet but the half orc wasted no time and grabbed her by the leg. He
squeezed and Maedels wooden skin began to crack and shatter as she cried in pain. Looking down she saw blood
escaping from the damaged wood of her leg, something she hadn't expected to see from this body.
"Grab the glowing necklace and I can transform his!" Morgana shouted to her as she shot another bolt at the
half orc.
Maedel had little time to question the order as one of the necklaces lit up brightly. The bolt was almost
there but her elven reflexes were fast enough to grab it in time and pull it from his neck. She didn't expect
the pain that followed as her wooden skin tore up from the wounded leg. The bark shattering and flying off.
The same thing happened with the wood of her arm that grabbed the necklace. Wooden chips shot away from her
body as it disintegrated.
The Half orc took the full impact of the transformation bolt and his body immediately began to warp. His ears
elongated and slid up to the top of his head. arms and legs shrank growing a thick layer of white fur. His
protruding lower jaw and jagged teeth sunk back as he shrank tremendously and his top two front teeth squeezed
out along with his newly formed snout and little pink nose. Soon he was a tiny white bunny rabbit.
"Do something you fool!" shouted the King.
The white mage raised both hands to the air absorbing huge amounts of energy before blasting it out in all
directions. I felt the blast travel through me but nothing seemed to happen. Then the blast retracted and I
felt the world pull me away.
