"Well, Doctor, I have been interested in many different transformations over the years. But the one that I keep coming back to, the one I really want to experience is a werewolf," said Nate, feeling a little nervous.
"Your desire is actually fairly popular with our organization. We have a section of our institute that is designed like the North Woods. We'll set you up in a cabin where you will undergo your transformation. Then you will be able to roam the lands, hunting the local wildlife and doing whatever else you wish."
"Wow, that sounds fantastic," replied Nate.
Dr. Linda spun around in her chair and grabbed a binder off the shelf behind her and flipped through it. She laid the open binder down on the desk in front of Nate. Pictured were different werewolf forms. One was more man than wolf, resembling The Wolf Man, only fiercer. The second was more wolf, with a lupine snout but still bi-pedal. The third option was completely quadruped, a large hulking wolf beast.
"Now, I need you to decide which werewolf form you wish to become," said Dr. Linda.
"Oh my..." whispered Nate as he looked over the three options. He carefully considered all three options, but ultimately decided on the second one.
"Excellent choice," replied Dr. Linda. "If you will excuse me, I will draw up the paperwork and then we can get you on your way."
Dr. Linda exited the office, leaving Nate to look over the pictures on the desk. He ran his finger over the image he selected, still not quite believing he was going to turn into that.
A few minutes later, Dr. Linda returned with a large stack of paperwork. She explained it was the usual paperwork that was required legally, releasing them from any wrongdoing should something go wrong and that he agreed to the procedure of his own free will. Nate signed each page, as instructed.
"There we are, Mr. Anderson. If you follow me, we have shuttle ready to take you out to the North Woods enclosure.
Nate followed Dr. Linda out the back door to a waiting SUV. He shook Dr. Linda's hand and climbed into the back of the SUV. In the front seat was a driver and another Doctor, with a metal case in his lap. He looked out the window as the car drove past several buildings and gates until they came to one in the back of the compound. Two guards, each armed with a tranqualizer gun, unlocked the gate and opened it. There were high voltage signs on the gates. Electric fences, how dangerous am I going to be, wondered Nate.
Finally, the car stopped in front of a small cabin. Nate and the Doctor got out.
"Mr. Anderson, this will be your home away from home for the duration of your stay. If you'd like to follow me inside," said the Doctor.
Nate nodded and the two walked into the cabin. It was a simple affair, with a bedroom area in the loft, a kitchen, dining area, living area with fireplace and T.V. The Doctor set the case down on the table and opened it. He pulled out an injector and loaded it with a vial of an amber colored liquid. He opened a per-moistened alcohol swab and motioned for Nate to lift his sleeve. He did as instructed and the doctor wiped a small area and then gave him the injection, emptying the contents into Nate. He then packed up the injector and closed the case. He shook Nate's hand and walked towards the door.
"You should start experiencing the first effects soon and be fully transformed by nightfall. I hope you enjoy your stay," said the Doctor, who then closed the cabin door.
"Oh baby..." whispered Nate, looking around the cabin.
