For the next few days and weeks we traveled thru semi tough terrain, but at least in Vermont we had many places where we could go to be nude and hike and not be bothered at all. We remained in the wilderness part. We happen to pass thru Burlington to reload up on supplies. It had been 8 weeks of traveling. We showed a bit signs of weight loss due to us not eating enough. Burlington surprisingly was friendly to passer thrus. We found a buffet and ate. Each of us must of ate like 8 servings and were stuffed. We paid and tipped and went our way. We proceeded toward Quebec Canada. We still probally had a good few weeks left before we snook into Canada. It would be relatively easy to cross over. The 3 women loved hippy life and decided that instead of chopping their hair off they would grow it. Where we were heading we could be as nude as we wanted to be and not worry about clothes or civilian life. All we had to do was make our own place to live. We were running low on everything. As soon as we ran out of something we never bothered to replenish except for the stuff we needed. We were all sort of tired and wore out. We needed a place for a few days to hole up in. My mom remembered a family sometime back in her hitch hiking days. They were indeed a hippy family. We decided to go there, get rested and when we were ready to proceed we could. We camped out some few miles away laying asleep on the bare ground. We were once again all hungry and filthy. The next late afternoon we got up and found a nearby waterfalls and took a shower and dip and then got dressed again and proceeded to our destination North of here. It would be a run down place, but comfortable and plenty of eats to eat and sleep on a bed of any kind. The family were redneck indeed and did not want so called non whites into their home, making them racist, but whites were welcomed. From what I heard from mom, they were gluttonous and ate like fat pigs in a trough. We would all soon find out.
