My god, Nathan thought. I wish this guy didn't have a girlfriend and really was totally gay so that I could have him for myself.

What he didn't know was that Mitch was already gay, thanks to one of Nathan's previous wishes. But now, reality changed so that Mitch no longer had a girlfriend either. So what happened to Karissa?
