"Blueblood, before you start, could you explain to my assistant here who you are?" Morgana said as she poofed Connie into the room. Both men's eyes went wide, and the armored one started mumbling to himself about the wrongs of adultery.
"Of, of course. I am Prince Blueblood, son of lord Royal Crest and lady Diamond Ring..." Blueblood said. His explanation went on for about twenty minutes. Oddly enough, Connie seemed to be paying complete and total attention. Meanwhile, Morgana was flipping through a spellbook.
Eventually, Morgana closed the book with an exclamation of "Aha!" Everyone turned to look at her, save Blueblood's guard, who had fallen asleep. Morgana promptly hefted up the book and threw it at Blueblood's head.
"That was your plan?" Maedel asked as Morgana began pulling the balloon closer with her magic.
"It worked didn't it?" Morgana asked.
"So... what now?" I asked. Morgana had pulled both unconscious men out of the balloon, and Connie had started tying them up.
"Well, I'm in an interesting predicament. On the one hand, this guy is a total hunk. On the other hand, his sister is incredibly powerful, and might kill me if she finds out I have her brother. And his wife is even worse." Morgana said.
"Prince Blueblood?" I asked.
"No, Captain Shining Armor. His sister and wife are both princesses in Equestria and the Crystal Empire, respectively, and hold both immense power and unstoppable rage. In addition, his sister is a member of what is known as the Elements of Harmony, an elite team of women who control one of the most powerful magic items in existence." Connie said. We all stared blankly at her for a few moments.
"Blueblood said that his having the Captain as a bodyguard denoted amazing political power." Connie said. It was at that moment that I started wondering just what else Morgana's spells had done to Connie. Suddenly, Maedel had an idea.
"Wait, how powerful are these Elements of Harmony?" Maedel asked.
"Extremely." Morgana replied.
"Powerful enough to change me back?" Maedel asked. Morgana's mouth dropped open.
"No. No no no no no. NO! I am not fighting those crazy chicks just to change you back." Morgana said. Just then, there was a knock at the door.
Morgana ran downstairs to open up the door and see the rest of Captain Armor's troops.
"Hello ma'am. We're going to go ahead and ask nicely that you return Shining Armor and Blueblood. If not, we'll be forced to kill you and everyone you love." The guard said. Morgana excused herself back upstairs.
"Girls, we have to give back the hunky guy." Morgana said.
"And the prince?" I asked.
"I'll send him back after I've had my fun." Morgana said.
"Do you really think the soldiers outside will be okay with that?" Maedel asked, casting a glance out the window.
"Maedel, nobody likes Blueblood, not even his own troops." Morgana said. With that, she and Captain Armor were poofed downstairs.
