Jessica sat on the edge of her bed, with the gloves in one hand, fur as
soft as ever, and the contacts box in the other. She was unsure what it
would be like to see as a cat does, and whether or not she actually
wanted to. She gave a long sigh, and was about to throw herself backwards
and let her brain catch up with the happens so far, when a thought
occurred to her.
"Putting on the boots came a lot easier than the panties. Maybe I could
think better, if I got dressed more."
Once this revelation came to her, she was decidedly more enthusiastic
about the change. Carefully placing the box on the bed next to her, she
gave her toes a little wiggle to reassure herself that she still had
human dexterity in her digits, allowing her to put the cat-eyes in later,
if she so chose. Nodding in resolve, she pulled on both gloves, not
pausing to feel a cat one with a human one, due to excitement and
anticipation. She shuddered slightly as she felt the lovely soft fur
replace her boring old human skin and a small part of her brain noted
that she no longer found the feeling discomforting, but it was smothered
by thoughts like 'I love how soft my fur is. I'm glad I was born with
such soft fur.'
"Wait. Born? That's not right. Silly me."
She flexed her hand and made sure she could control when her claws. The
last thing she wanted to do was take an eye out, when she chose to put
the cat-eyes in.
