In a secret underground facility there are men and women who perform a special service for people. They are body doubles but they just don't look like the people they're doubles for. They literally become that person in body right down to their DNA. They still have their own minds but they do have access to the minds of the people they're supposed to be so most people wouldn't know any difference.
To transform into the client the agents just need the most recent picture. After the transformation they are swapped with the client via a teleported and the client is teleported into a stasis tank naked.
Not all the clients that the agency gets want body doubles of themselves. Some of them want body doubles of their children or an associates children. Most of the clients are also celebrities or rich people who can afford the service but there are some special cases that get referred to them that are charged a lot less or nothing at all.
