Susan Brown was a scientist in the tranformation program. Over the years she had risen to high rank and had virtually unlimited access to all branches of the program. Among her colleagues she was perceived as a workaholic, how had little sense for anything else but her work. She worked constantly on improvements for the porgram, especially the tranformation fluid. But otherwise nobody knew much about her and nobody really wanted to know more. She was mouse-like and wiry, hardly attractive to the other sex. So people generally chose to see her as a productive team member but not as a personal friend. Rarely if ever was she invited to any parties.
What people did not know was that Susan Brown lead a second life. Maybe due to her own sexual chastity she had developped an increasing loath on the moral decay of the world as she perceived it. And at some point the thought had formed in her head that she was meant to do something about it. She had the means, the opportunity and the perseverance to act. The plan was simple and efficient: It was more than easy for heer to steal any amount of the tranformation liquid she liked. And it was equally easy for her to hide additional animals in the farms and parks belonging to the program. What she would do, was this: She would look out for morally abnormal individuals and remove them from society. To underline the higher purpose of her mission, she would not simply transform them into any animals. Based on their moral contraventions, she would decide what to turn them into. The idea was to chose something which refelected the specific reason why they were punished.
