I looked at the bacteria slowly consuming her, and a thought popped up in my head. "You know, Jennie, I'll let you live."
Jennie cried out with joy, "Oh, thank you! Thank you so much, Joey!"
I replied to her, with a grin on my face, "But, I'm still going to punish you!"
Jennie, glad she was going to live, shouted, "Oh, yes, anything! Just don't let me die!
"Jennie, I wish you would merge with the bacteria to become one being, but still contain your mind."
Jennie, puzzled, said "What?!" Then it began to dawn on her. "No! Anything but that! Please, no!"
The bacteria suddenly stopped its feeding of her, then resumed its feeding of her, or what looked like feeding. She cried, and cried, and cried as it slowly consumed her. Eventually, it finished and began to stop moving and settle down. It remained that way for a moment, until it began to move rapidly. It wasn't actually going anywhere, just shooting up and down, pieces of its gooey body darting out, then returning to the main body. Eventually, a piece darted out, and just remained in the air. It began to take shape as a head, eventually Jennie's head. Then it opened its mouth, and began to suck in air. Once it had breathed in, it began to blow out. Once its, or more appropriately hers, breathing became regular, it shouted out, "Joey, what have you done to me?" Joey replied, chuckling, "I've turned you into a bacteria, duh!" She shouted, while crying, "Why? Just, why?"
"This is your punishment, Jennie! For treating me so terrible!"
"I'm sorry. Please turn me back to normal." she asked while her arms were forming from the main body.
"Fine, I'll turn you back to normal....partially."
Jennie asked, confused, "What do you mean 'partially'?"
